As an authorized affiliate ("Affiliate") of Vital Red Light™, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Affiliate Terms of Use agreement (“Agreement”). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting Vital Red Light™.
Your participation in the Vital Red Light™ Affiliate Program (“Program”) is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on eligible memberships and product purchases referred by you.
By joining the Program, you grant Vital Red Light™ permission to use any of your related social media posts, content, or marketing assets for promotional purposes.
By signing up for the Program, you agree to the terms of this Agreement as well as the content of the Affiliate Guide provided to all approved affiliates.
Affiliate: A person or entity approved to participate in the Program and promote Vital Red Light™ products or services in exchange for commissions.
Program: The Vital Red Light™ Affiliate Program.
Commission: The amount earned by an Affiliate, calculated as a percentage of referred purchases.
Referral: A new customer who purchases from Vital Red Light™ using the Affiliate's link or coupon code.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application to the Program at our sole discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for a rejected application.
Payments are issued monthly by check once the minimum payout threshold of $100 is reached. All commissions will be paid out on the last Friday of each month for the previous month's sales. Affiliates earn 10% commission on the net sales price (excluding taxes, shipping, or discounts) of qualifying referred purchases.
Referred customers will receive 10% off their purchase using the affiliate’s unique coupon code.

Your affiliate status may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.
Affiliates may use approved graphic and text links on their websites, emails, and digital or print marketing channels. You may use our provided promotional materials or create your own, provided they:
All content created using Vital Red Light™’s brand must comply with our intellectual property guidelines and not imply false endorsements.
Affiliates may only promote discounts that have been pre-approved or assigned to them.

Violators will be removed from the program without warning.
Bidding on branded or related keywords for PPC advertising is not allowed without prior written permission.
Affiliates are required to clearly disclose their relationship with Vital Red Light™ whenever they post or share affiliate links. This includes:
Failure to comply with FTC Endorsement Guidelines may result in immediate termination from the Program.
Vital Red Light™ retains all rights to its intellectual property, including logos, trademarks, images, and promotional assets.
Affiliates may not:

Vital Red Light™ is not liable for indirect or accidental damages, such as loss of revenue or commissions due to:
We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service or error-free performance.
This Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and remains active until your affiliate account is terminated.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vital Red Light™ and its affiliates, employees, directors, and licensees from any claims or liabilities arising from:
Affiliates agree not to disclose any non-public information or proprietary materials provided by Vital Red Light™, including marketing strategies or internal communications.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
This Agreement is an electronic contract. By submitting your application and participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms herein. This agreement has the same legal force as a signed written agreement.
